In Victoria, Australia, only a qualified electrician is allowed to change a light bulb. It’s illegal to change it yourself unless you are a qualified electrician.
41. Turn That Frown Upside Down
In Milan, Italy, by law everyone must smile at all times, except during funerals or visiting a hospital. If you don’t, you have to pay a fine.
