We looked at official 2020 Census numbers, compared them to the latest available data, and calculated the percentage growth for each city. Factors like job opportunities, housing, and overall vibe help explain why so many people are moving in. Here’s the countdown of the top 25 fastest-growing cities in the country — with the #1 spot booming the most.
